ATBC International Meetings

The ATBC sponsors an annual meeting in which contributed papers and posters are presented during symposia organized by ATBC members. Members and non-members may submit a presentation.

The ATBC makes every effort to be carbon neutral. All participants in ATBC annual conferences pay a fee to help offset their emissions from air travel and energy use, which is then used to protect imperiled tropical forests and thereby reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions. See the attached PDF for details.

The joint ATBC-SCB Africa Section Meeting will be held between 12-16 June 2011 in Arusha, Tanzania. It is the first time ever that ATBC meet in Africa. The call for proposals for symposia, workshops, and plenaries will be announced by September 2010.
